Silver Award in the Employer Recognition Scheme
This week, CSM Segensworth were honoured to attend Admiralty House at HM Naval Base Portsmouth to receive the Silver Award in the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This recognition reflects our continued commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community, and we’re proud to stand alongside.
A huge thank you to South East Reserve Forces’ & Cadets’ Association for the recognition and for hosting such a memorable event.
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages and recognises employer support for the armed forces community. It uses Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards to honour organisations that pledge, demonstrate, or advocate for this support, in line with the Armed Forces Covenant values.
