New Roads & Street Works

I just wanted to say thank you to the road maintenance guys that have been outside our house during all the work, they have been so good at seeing me out in the mornings, which otherwise is a nightmare with people jumping in the the lights and visibility- they really are being so helpful, professional and friendly. As are your guys working on it all.

We had your colleagues to come to our property from 14/11/24 to 18/11/24; not only did they complete the work in a timely fashion, but they communicate with us at all times in a polite and respectful manner. When they left in the evening, they swept and tidied and were at all times mindful of health and safety, both for us and for enduring barriers were kept in place on the road. Our gas supply was restored promptly.

I wanted to let you know that the engineers who dealt with us and my neighbours recovering from a major knee operation 3 weeks previous making mobility very slow were superb keeping us totally informed and kept checking on my neighbour that she was informed and she was ok. Both of them were a real credit to your firm. Very polite and well mannered.
